Am I suitable for a Herpes treatment with you?

Why do I get cramps and aches during my period?

Why do I get nausea during my period?

Nausea is a common PMS symptom before or during their period. It's caused by a hormone called prostaglandin, which circulates around your body during your time of the month. PMS also is the cause of cramps, aches and tenderness and is completely normal. It is normal and can be treated with oral products.
